Delicious Breakfast Smoothie

     I really enjoy drinking smoothies.  One of my favorite places to get smoothies is Jamba Juice.  There is no Jamba Juice anywhere near me so I have to make my own.  This recipe is one of my favorites.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Delicious Breakfast Smoothie:

1/2 c kefir
1 large scoop of chocolate whey protein powder
1 T chia seeds
1 banana
1/2 c frozen strawberries
1/2 c frozen blueberries
1 large handful of spinach or kale
1/2 c milk

Place ingredients in the blender in the order given.  Blend until smooth.  Enjoy!
