Shepherd's Pie

     This is a simple dish that freezes well.  It is comfort food at its best.  If you make a roast and mashed potatoes for dinner one night, you can use the leftovers to make this dish.

Shepherd's Pie:

Shredded pot roast
1 c brown gravy
1 1/2 c mixed frozen veggies
salt & pepper to taste
2 c mashed potatoes
1 c shredded cheese

In a large bowl, mix together the pot roast, gravy and vegetables.  Spread evenly in a 9x13" pan.  Spread mashed potatoes over the top of the meat mixture and top with cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
