I love crispy, cheesy toast with pasta. It is like they were made to go together. The nice thing is that Texas Toast is super easy to make. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I do.
Texas Toast:
sliced sourdough bread
butter
garlic salt
parmesan cheese
mozzarella cheese
Butter the bread and sprinkle with garlic salt. Shake a generous amount of Parmesan cheese on top of each piece of bread and sprinkle with mozzarella. Place the sliced bread on a cookie sheet and broil until crispy. Serve warm with pasta.
