A good friend of mine gave me this recipe. These are some of the BEST cookies that I have ever eaten in my life. They are soft and chewy with a little surprise inside. Whenever I make these cookies they never last long.
Snicker Cookies:
1 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
2 pkgs. mini snickers
Combine butter, peanut butter and sugars in a large bowl. Add eggs & vanilla. Mix in flour, salt & soda. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Unwrap snickers & shape 1 tablespoon of dough around each snickers. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
