Strawberry Muffins:

     I bought a 15 pound bucket of strawberries this week.  I have been canning jam and strawberry lemonade concentrate and I still have strawberries left.  Today, I am going to make some muffins.  I thought that I would share the recipe with you.  Enjoy!

Strawberry Muffins:

1/2 c. butter
1 c sugar
1 egg
2 c flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 c milk
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 c strawberry purée
1/2 c chocolate chips

Mix all of the ingredients well in a large bowl.  Grease a muffin tin and fill two thirds full with batter.  Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
