The Stick

     A few weeks ago, my daughter & I went camping.  She found this huge stick and she carries it with her everywhere.  She herds the chickens in at night with the stick, she uses it to pull back the zucchini leaves and cucumber leaves to check for produce that is ready to be picked and she uses it to play pretend.  Whenever I see her with the stick, it reminds me of the quote, "Speak softly and carry a big stick."  It makes me laugh!
