Coconut Blueberry Cake

     This cake smells so good while it is baking.  Sometimes I like to eat it for breakfast.  Shhh don't tell.

Coconut Blueberry Cake:

2 c flour
1 c sugar
2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/4 t cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c milk
1/2 c oil
1 1/2 c blueberries
1 c coconut

In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients.  In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.  Add the milk & oil.  Gradually stir into the dry ingredients.  Fold in the blueberries.  Pour into a greased 13x9 pan & sprinkle with coconut.  Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
