Bean Dip Salad

     This recipe was given to me by a friend. She made this dip while I was at her home and wrote down the recipe for me.  It is very addictive.  This salad tastes delicious with chips, crackers or by itself.

Bean Dip Salad:

2 c cooked sweet corn
2 c cooked black - eyed peas
2 c cooked black beans
1 can green chilies
2 c diced tomatoes
1/2 c chopped green onions
1/2 c chopped green peppers
1 chopped garlic clove
1/2 t salt
4 oz. Italian Dressing

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.  Pour into a strainer and let sit over a bowl for one hour in the refrigerator.  Discard the juice.  Serve by itself or with chips.
