Sweet & Sour Meatballs:
1 T oil
1 c pineapple juice
3 T cornstarch
1 T soy sauce
3 T vinegar
6 T water
1/2 c sugar
4 slices pineapple
18 meatballs
Combine oil & juice in a saucepan. Cook over low heat. Add cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar & water. Add sugar and mix well. Cook until the juice thickens. Add meatballs and sliced pineapple. Serve over rice.
