I really enjoy eating Berry Crumble with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a cup of hot coffee. It is a nice way to end the day.
Berry Crumble:
2 c mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
3/4 c flour
1/8 t salt
1 t baking powder
1/2 c sugar
1/4 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1 egg
1/4 c butter
Grease a 8 inch glass pan. Pour the berries evenly in the bottom of the pan. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Sprinkle over the top of the berries. Melt the butter and drizzle over the top of the crumble. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
