PB Grill Cheese

     Don't knock it til you try it!  I know peanut butter and cheese sounds disgusting but it is really tasty.  I promise.

PB Grill Cheese:

2 slices of bread
I large slice of cheese
creamy peanut butter
butter

Spread a thick layer of peanut butter on a slice of bread.  Put the slice of cheese on top of the peanut butter.  Butter the outside pieces of the sandwich.  Toast in a skillet until the cheese is melted.  Serve warm.
